Signed books and stickers will generally be shipped within a week. You will get tracking for signed books (as well as clothing, cups, and etc) but might not on stickers depending on if you ordered anything else. Book two in the Verfallen Asylum (Cute but Creepy) is my main work in progress, along with book 3 (Cute but Deadly). I am working on finishing both books before publishing them in 2024.
